achieving savings of 10-25% on the
cost of their home. The variable for
this cost savings, is dependent upon
the owner(s) desired level of
involvement.

There are two phases to the construction of a home, regardless of size or location.
- Pre-Construction Phase: This phase sets the tone for the entire project and
generally includes preparation of architectural drawings, permit process,
bidding, budget, setting the construction schedule and a draw schedule. - Construction Phase: This phase generally includes subcontractor scheduling,
ordering and scheduling materials delivery, subcontractor management and
quality control, budget record keeping.
ITI will assist you with one or both phases and will make quality control visits to ensure
the project is being handled in a professional manner, that meets our standards of
quality control.
