How does this program work?
- ITI will perform all tasks fo bidding, scheduling, quality control and review of
subcontractor bills, on behalf of the Owner. - ITI works on a fixed management fee, for the entire project.
- Owner(s) receive trade discounts, typically offered only to custom home
builders, ranging from 10-30%. These discounts are passed directly to the
Owner, thus offsetting a significant portion of the management fee. - As your construction manager, ITI works for you! We represent you and work
on your behalf, with construction, government and banking professionals.
