ABOUT US
| ITI was established in 1986 as a real estate and construction consulting firm. The company later became an independent builder for one of the nation's largest custom home builders. As a custom home builder, ITI saw the need to provide more creative options for potential homeowners and so, the firm began offering construction management services and owner builder programs. Today, ITI Construction Services, Inc. offers award winning programs for:
ITI Construction Services, Inc. is a proud member of the Homebuilders Association of Maryland (HBAM), which is a regional association, chartered by the National Association of Homebuilders. Members of this association strive to maintain a high code of ethics and business practices. In addition, Guy Caiazzo (owner) has been an active member of the HBAM Remodelers Council Board of Directors for the past five years. AWARDS ITI has received numerous awards from the HBAM Remodeler's Council through it's Awards of Excellence program. COMMUNITY Over the years, ITI has garnered a vast amount of experience in the custom home and remodeling industry. President Guy Caiazzo has received numerous accolades for this community work. |
